First Time in Sweden – European Cup Winner

In connection with European Dog Show 2026, a unique opportunity is introduced for dog breeds not yet recognised by the FCI. For the first time in Sweden, the European Cup Winner titles will be awarded at a dog show.
Titles for all ages
These titles are open to breeds allowed to be shown in Sweden and will be awarded as follows:
- European Cup Winner 2026 – Best male and best bitch
- European Cup Junior Winner 2026 – Winning junior male and bitch with the quality grading Excellent
- European Cup Veteran Winner 2026 – Winning veteran male and bitch with the quality grading Excellent
- European Cup Puppy Winner 2026 – Winning puppy (6–9 months), male and bitch, with the quality grading Very Promising
Only 18 breeds eligible for these titles
The following breeds are eligible for the European Cup Winner title:
- American Eskimo Dog
- American Hairless Terrier
- Biewer Terrier
- Black Spitz
- Bluetick Coonhound
- Danish Spitz
- East European Shepherd
- Gotland Hound
- Hällefors Dog
- Markiesje
- Polish Hunting Spaniel
- Rat Terrier
- Russian Tsvetnaya Bolanka
- Saint-Usuge Spaniel
- Swedish White Elkhound
- Tenterfield Terrier
- Toy Fox Terrier
- Treeing Walker Coonhound
