Disciplinary Commission
The Disciplinary Commission is an independent forum for exchange of information and experience among the Members’ national disciplinary or ethics bodies.
It has no decision-making authority and does not replace national competence. Any exchange of information must comply with applicable data-protection law (including GDPR) and avoid sharing personal data unless there is a clear lawful basis. The Commission may submit information or recommendations to the Executive Committee or directly to the Members, on its own initiative.
