Information to exhibitors, ring schedule and your dog’s entry number will be sent by email about two weeks before the show.

The information will be sent to the email-address you provided when you entered the dog.

• The European Dog show is in hall A and B, ring numbers 1-59.
• The Swedish Winner Show is in hall C, ring numbers 70-114.

Information about the ring assignment for each breed will be available at www.eds.se.

At the venue Stockholmässan, the dogs must be exercised outdoors and may exit via the designated exits at:

• the East Entrance
• or the Main Entrance.

Please bring your dog’s number tag and request a stamp when leaving the venue.

In each hall there is marked areas for grooming with some access to electricity (230V).

Bring your own extension lead.

The catalogue is available in digital format from 07:00 each day.

It provides information about all participating dogs, results and judges’ critiques for each dog.

Results from the final competitions will also be published there.

The sale and distribution of prizes and rosettes will take place at:

• the entrance square by the main entrance
• and at the eastern entrance.

Dedicated photo areas are available in:

• the A Gallery Concourse near the entrance square by the Main Entrance,
• as well as at the East Entrance.

Congratulations! If your dog is awarded a winner title at the European Dog Show 2026 or the Swedish Winner Show 2026, you will have the opportunity to purchase a printed diploma at the event.

• The diploma will be produced by our printing partner and mailed directly to your home. We offer high-quality printed diplomas for all winner titles awarded during the weekend, as well as for the Swedish Show Champion title (SE UCH).
• If you only wish to receive a digital diploma, you can download a winner diploma free of charge as a PDF via online serviec: My SKK (MittSKK) for a limited period. The diploma will be available approximately 7–10 days after the show, once the title has been registered.

At the venue, Stockholmmässan, it will be possible to have dogs treated for tapeworm prior to returning to countries where this is a requirement.

Deworming can be carried out in the entrance square at the main entrance between 07:00-09:00 and 13:00-15:00.

• The cost of deworming is SEK 400 per dog and must be paid in advance.
• You must bring your own deworming tablets, together with a completed treatment record form.

The treatment record form and payment information will be sent in a separate email to the affected exhibitors after the closing date for entries.

For dogs that require certification from an official veterinarian, Distriktsveterinärerna will be present on site to issue TRACES certificates or other necessary official documents.

TRACES certificates will be available during the show.

One CAC is awarded for each sex, and dogs compete for the CAC in the Best Male and Best Female classes. Some breeds require a WCC (Working Class Certificate) to be eligible for a CAC. 

Dogs that are already a Swedish Show Champion (SE UCh) cannot compete for additional CACs. 

The winner of the Junior Competition Class, male and female, awarded Excellent and CK gets the Junior certificate.

The winner of the Veteran Competition Class, male and female, awarded Excellent and CK gets the Veteran certificate.

CK stands for Certificate quality.

A CK may be awarded to dogs that have received an Excellent grading if the judge considers they are of sufficiently high quality to compete for a CAC. CK can be awarded in all competition classes for dogs over 9 months of age.

A CK qualifies the dog to compete in the Best Male or Best Female class.

The title is awarded to the CACIB-winning male and female at the European Dog Show.

For FCI-recognized breeds on provisional basis which cannot yet get the CACIB the title is awarded to the best placed dog in Best Male class/Best Female class who did not compete in Puppy class, Junior class or Veteran class.

The title is awarded to the winning junior male and junior female receiving an Excellent grading at the European Dog Show.

The title is awarded to the winning veteran male and veteran female receiving an Excellent grading at the European Dog Show.

The title is awarded to the winning male puppy and female puppy receiving an Very Promising grading at the European Dog Show.

The title is awarded to Best Male and Best Female at the European Dog Show in breeds not recognised by the FCI but eligible for exhibition in Sweden.

The title is awarded to the winning junior male and junior female receiving an Excellent grading at the European Dog Show in breeds not recognised by the FCI but eligible for exhibition in Sweden.

The title is awarded to the winning veteran male and veteran female receiving an Excellent grading at the European Dog Show in breeds not recognised by the FCI but eligible for exhibition in Sweden.

The title is awarded to the winning male puppy and female puppy receiving a Very Promising grading at the European Dog Show in breeds not recognised by the FCI but eligible for exhibition in Sweden.

The title is awarded to the winners of Best of Breed (BOB) and Best of Opposite Sex (BOS) at the Swedish Winner Show.

The title is awarded to the winning junior male and female receiving an Excellent grading at the Swedish Winner Show.

The title is awarded to the winning veteran male and female receiving an Excellent grading at the Swedish Winner Show.

If your dog is already a national champion in another country and is over 2 years of age it only needs one CAC in Sweden to get the Swedish Show Champion title. 

For breeds that require a working qualification and is owned in another country than Sweden, a Working Class Certificate (WCC) will be accepted as the required working qualification.

For some hunting breeds special rules apply for the Swedish Show Champion title.

If your dog receives three junior certificates at dog shows in Sweden from three different judges it will get the Swedish Junior Champion title. Even if the dog has a national junior champion title from another FCI country it needs three junior certificates in Sweden to obtain the title.

If your dog receives three veteran certificates at dog shows in Sweden from three different judges it will get the Swedish Veteran Champion title. Even if the dog has a national veteran champion title from another FCI country it needs three veteran certificates in Sweden to obtain the title.

Dogs can qualify for Crufts at both the European Dog Show and the Swedish Winner Show.

Only breeds eligible to compete at Crufts can qualify.

The following results qualify a dog for entry to Crufts:

• Winning Junior male and female
• Best male and Best female (BOB and BOS)

The Breeders’ class is open to a group of three to five dogs of the same breed or breed variety (size and/or coat type), all bearing the same kennel name or bred by the same person or group of persons.

No entry to this class is needed, they will be automatically entered in the catalogue.

Judging takes place in the breed ring and the best group compete in the finals.

European Dog Show

The following winners from each breed will compete in the Final competition:

• Best Junior in breed, awarded Excellent grading
• Best Veteran in breed, awarded Excellent grading
• Best Breeders’ group, awarded an Honour Prize (Hp)
• Best of Breed in Group 1-10.

A special competition for the Swedish national breeds will be held on Saturday 5 September

The following will compete in the Final competition from each breed:

• Best of Breed in Group 1-10.

The Final competition will take place in the Main Ring in hall A and begin at 15.00 each day.

Assembly rings are located directly adjacent to the Main Ring in Hall A.

Pre-judging will be conducted in the assembly rings of all competitions. Please be aware what time pre-judging starts and be in good time, not to risk missing your pre-judging.

The dog show is being held at:

• Stockholm International Fairs, just outside Stockholm.
• The address is Mässvägen 1, Älvsjö.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we encourage you to plan your journey to the venue in advance.

If you are able to travel without a car we recommend travelling by taxi or taking the commuter train to Älvsjö Station. The journey from Stockholm Central Station takes only around 10 minutes, and the station is located directly adjacent to the exhibition venue.

As the European Dog Show attracts a large number of visitors, the car parks at Stockholm International Fairs are likely to fill up quickly.

We recommend using public transport or taking a taxi.

At Stockholmsmässan there are two entrances for dogs, the Main entrance and the Eastern entrance. 

You must present your entry number at the entrance. One person may accompany each entered dog.

All dogs must go through the veterinary inspection and present a valid vaccination certificate.

Any dog that is not vaccinated in accordance with the applicable rules, is considered ill or injured, or displays aggressive behaviour will be denied entry.
