Born into the world of dogs, I was fortunate to have exceptional mentors from the very beginning. My father was a renowned Terrier Specialist, and my mother introduced the Boxer breed into Ireland. Both were respected All-Breed judges, providing me with a foundation steeped in knowledge, integrity, and dedication to purebred dogs.
I began handling almost as soon as I could walk and, under the “Tirkane” prefix, have bred or owned more than 100 Irish Champions, 31 UK Champions, and two World Winners across several breeds including Lhasa Apsos, Boston Terriers, Poodles, and Boxers.
My first judging appointment came at just 16 years of age. At 25, I became the youngest person ever to award UK Challenge Certificates in Boxers. This year marks my 50th year awarding CCs in the breed, highlighted by the honour of judging the British Boxer Club Show.
In 1984, I became an FCI All Breeds Judge and remain the only Irish person approved to judge all groups and Best in Show under R.K.C rules. It was an immense honour to judge Best in Show at Crufts in 2024, the Working Group in 2023, and the Utility Group in 2025, in addition to awarding CCs in nearly 70 breeds.
My judging career has taken me to almost 50 countries worldwide, including prestigious appointments such as Westminster, the Australian Royal Shows, Scandinavian Winner Shows, and numerous World and European Winner Shows.
Although I retired from breeding and exhibiting after more than 50 years of active involvement, I continue to maintain a strong interest in breed development and education. I work closely with various clubs in educational initiatives and show organisation. I am currently President of the Boxer Society of Ireland and Chair of the Munster Agricultural Society Canine Section, which hosts an annual triple-show weekend.

I have lived with dogs around me all my life. We had Boxer when I was a child. I got a medium Poodle for my 8th birthday. I started breeding dogs 1994, rough Collies but my passion for showing and breeding began with American cockers 1976 and also a small breeding with medium Poodles.
I have bred top winning Poodle but most success with American cocker. Top winning dogs in Sweden and BOB at Cruft and also BIS win in England. Now my love and passion is with French Bulldogs. I have bred several champions and 2024 I had my homebred number 1 top winning French Bulldog in Sweden.
I started to judge 1996 and became ”all breed judge” 2021. I’m so happy and looking forward to judge and meet all beautiful dogs and friends at the European Dog Show in Stockholm.

My mother bred Airedales and at a very early age dogs and dog shows became my hobby and passion. Already as a teenager I was authorized by the Norwegian Kennel Club as a ring steward. And in 1984 I was licensed to judge Group 3, and later Doberman, Rottweilers, Schnauzers and Bouvier. Some years later also Groups 8 and 9.
I have judged in many countries in Europe, also at championship shows in England and America.
Border Terriers have been my own breed and my first Border was Eng. Norw. Swed. Ch. Dandyhow Scotsman, the first Border to be placed in the group at Crufts. He became a very important stud dog in Norway and Sweden and was the father of the first Norwegian‑bred champion, Ch. Ramatuelle av Saga Hall, a show champion as well as a hunting champion.
Today I am the happy owner of two Jackies, a little by coincidence. But I have become very fascinated by this breed!
I am grateful and honoured for being invited and look very much forward to a wonderful European Winner Show!

Almost my whole life I have been involved with dogs.
My mother Elsa Edgren and I had between 1958 – 1973 kennel Bifrost. We bred Rough Collies, Bearded Collies, Shetland Sheepdog and Lhasa Apso. In all breeds many champions. Later we also had a couple of miniature Poodles.
We had many top winners in all 4 breeds. In those days we imported from famous kennels in UK .
1972 we were awarded SKK Hamilton plaquette, for our breeding,
1967 I was the founder of Sheltieringen later Swedish Shetland Sheepdog Club.
After my marriage with Per, we took the prefix Moorwood.
We only have Shelties and have had many winners during the years. My first big winner was Int Ch Penvose Black Panther. Later came Int Ch Rhinog The Guardian, Int Ch Ingleside Copper Image and Int Rodhill Clouded Moorland. And as the first breeder outside UK to have bred an English champion.
We are just a small kennel and have bred more than 100 champions. Shelties here live as family members. Now we work closely with breeders from Australia and dogs have been imported from Nigma, Hillacre and Louanda.
In 1976 I became a judge and in 2000 I became an all breed judge. I have been judging in many parts of the world.
2016 judged at the prestigous Sydney Royal Australia.
Always judges BIG and many times BIS.
I have a great interest in all breeds I judge and always tries to educate myself.
I also love to have student judges and hope to forward some of my knowledge.
Look forward to judge at European Dog Show.

I was given my first Labrador retriever by my parents, as a birthday present some 40 years ago. While my parents planned very well for the purchase, they had no clue what that present would lead to! The number of family gatherings which have not participated in due to a show or a bitch whelping are quite a few, much to the disappointment of my parents :-)
Career and family have never allowed for keeping a large number of dogs, but I do breed a couple of litters a year, run on what I can and co-own the rest with friends & family. I am very proud to have bred hunting companions, guidedogs, servicedogs and dogs who have brought joy to a lager number of families over the course of the past 35 years, under the affix Melicmark. Further my kennel is Danish breed record holder for breeder of the largest number of show champion Labrador retrievers.
My non-dog life - which is full of dogs - includes my husband and three children ageing 24-27. My work-life is within the field of financial technology where I specialize in IT-management.
I have been involved in almost all available events with my dogs, including picking up on large pheasant and duck shoots with my dogs on estates around the Danish countryside. While my dogs are now primarily hunted by my son, I still train and field trial them.
I show my dogs mostly in Scandinavia, but I do occasionally travel to the European continent and have even shown them at Crufts and in the USA.
Show judging is a tremendous privilege! I have been judging for more than 25 years and have previously been fortunate enough to enjoy lovely dogs the center of the rings in most European countries including Russia as well as the USA, Australia and South America. I am licensed to judge FCI group 8 and miniature schnauzer.
I am honored to be invited to judge the European Dog Show, and feel very privileged to be asked to judge five "aficionado breeds" which I so admire: The playful Nova Scotia tolling retriever (males and BOB), the loyal Wachtelhund, the cherful Kooikerhondje, the regal Curly coated retriever and the hardworking Chesapeake Bay retriever.
I look forward to meeting you in Stockholm!

As a 13-year old girl, I had my first dog. My wish was to have a Rough Collie but my parents thought that a Rough Collie was too big so the choice fell on a Shetland Sheepdog instead.
When my sheltie was one year old, the breeder came on a visit and persuaded us to show him. It went beyond expectations and he won BOB and was placed in the group at his first ch show! That was the start of my "career" in dog showing!
The first litter of puppies was born in 1975 under the prefex Windcrest. During the latter part of the 80's I lived in England and brought 4 dogs with me from Sweden. One of them became the first sheltie born outside the UK to win the English champion title. In 1990, the family moved back to Sweden.
Successes in the show ring with my dog have been 4 World Winners, BOB Cruft's 2016, BOB and BOS Cruft's 2017 and 2018, in addition to several BIS in Sweden. We have also had many Sheltie of the year awards.
The interest in becoming a judge had increased over the years and in 1989 I became a judge and have been judging international shows all over Europe, at championship shows in UK and in Australia. I judge breeds from FCI group 1, 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9. At the moment I am a member of the Committee for the Swedish Judges Association and have in earlier years been member of the SKK Judges Committee.

I was born in 1968 and have lived with and loved dogs all my life including Poodle, Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Great Dane, Dachshund, English Cocker Spaniel, Coton de Tuléar, and Whippet.
I have been chairman of the Danish Great Dane Club and member of the Danish Kennel Club's Show Committee. Further, I have been vice president of the Danish Kennel Club and chairman of the Judge Committee and the Committee for National Breeds in the Danish Kennel Club.
I was authorised as FCI judge for my first breed Great Dane in 2002 and has been FCI All Breed Judge since 2019. I have judged in 37 countries in Europe, Asia, and Australia including European, Asian, and World Dog Shows.

My life with animals started early. As a teenager, I spent every weekend and school holiday working in boarding kennels and catteries, and it didn’t take long before I knew that dogs would shape my future.
I trained as a professional groomer in the 1980s and went on to work in several well‑known kennels, grooming salons and later veterinary practices. Over the years I also ran my own busy salons and eventually opened a grooming and hydrotherapy centre – all of it rooted in my lifelong passion for dogs and their wellbeing.
Golden Retrievers entered my life in the mid‑80s and quickly became my great love. Breeding and showing them has been a true joy, and I have been fortunate to share my life with many wonderful dogs.
Together with my late husband Bart van Maren, I bred and showed numerous Champions under the Ramchaine and Hellacious Acres affixes. To date, more than 75 Champions worldwide carry our names – something I treasure deeply. Among the highlights is breeding the dam of the all‑time top UK CC‑winning Golden Retriever, “Bentley”.
I have also enjoyed teaching others – from grooming and trimming workshops to ringcraft training – and many of my students have gone on to build successful careers of their own. Passing knowledge forward has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
My judging career began in 1991, and it has taken me to England, Scotland, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Russia, and the Netherlands. Judging Golden Retrievers at CC/CAC level is an honour every single time, and meeting dedicated breeders and exhibitors across Europe continues to inspire me.
Today I live in the Netherlands with my Golden family, my Maine Coon cats, and the love and memories of a life that has always revolved around dogs. I am grateful for my four sons, my grandchildren, and for the incredible community that surrounds this beautiful dog breed.

My mother was a breeder of whippets when I was a child. I followed her at every show and every racing. So, she gave me the virus very early. I had to wait till the end of my studies to have my own whippets. In 1988, DIXMOOR kennels born and I bought my own first whippet. Then several litters born at home and some of my dogs did really well in the showrings in France and abroad.
Over the years, I became an active member of the French Whippet Club. I have been the Vice President for many years.
I decided to become a judge in 2003. Of course my first breed was the Whippet. And now I am qualified to judge at Championship level for several breeds : all breeds of groups 10, 5 and 3, and some in group 9.
I have judged in France of course but also in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, England, Bahrein, Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Lituania, USA and Australia.
I had the great Honor to judge the whippets at the World Dog Shows in Paris in 2011 and in Milano in 2015.

The ‘Wilholme’ Kennel of Cocker Spaniels was established in 1971. Over the years there has been great success breeding and owning numerous Show Champions and CC winners in the UK.
I first judged the breed in 1978 and awarded my first set of CC’s in the UK in 1987 and have now awarded CC’s on 19 occasions including at Crufts in 2008. I have judged the breed many times abroad including the World Dog Show in Milan in 2015.
The Hunt, Point & Retriever breeds have also played a large part of my dog showing career owning and showing German Shorthaired Pointers with my partner Irene Glen, winning the CC at Crufts in 2010, 2011 & 2022 with home bred dogs.
I am now passed to award CC’s in the UK to 54 breeds across the Gundog, Terrier and Working Group as well as the Gundog and Terrier Group at Championship Show level and BIS at Championship Shows. I will also have the great honour to judge the Terrier Group at Crufts in 2028 and the Gundog Group in 2029.
I am very much looking forward to judging at the European Dog Show in Stockholm.

My passion for dogs began in childhood. I grew up in a home where animals were simply a natural part of everyday life. My very first dog was a Border Collie that my parents brought home from a farm. At the time she was simply described as a “mixed breed,” but as the years passed I came to realise she was, in fact, a very lovely representative of the breed. That early experience sparked a lifelong love and respect for dogs that has shaped much of my life.
In the 1970s, when my husband Kjell and I moved in together, we bought our first dog as a couple. A Golden Retriever from Grums, out of a dam from Bäckastigens Kennel and a sire from Hedetorpet. Our dear Duffy was certainly no great show star, but he gave us something far more important: he sparked our enthusiasm for the breed and set us on a path we could never have imagined at the time.
One Golden soon became several, and our interest gradually developed into breeding. Through our cooperation with Mjaerumhögdas Kennel in Norway, we eventually established our own kennel, Dream Max. Over the years this journey has given us great joy, wonderful friendships, and many memorable dogs.
Some highlights from our breeding include:
- SKK Breeder of the Year (all breeds) in Sweden
- Top Winning Dog of All Breeds in Portugal – CH Dream Max Trond av Isfolket (Siberian Husky, bred by us)
- Our most successful Golden Retriever to date: CH Dream Max Amy Diamond, who achieved the remarkable distinction of becoming World Winner as a Junior, Adult, and Veteran!
Our home has also welcomed several other breeds over the years, including English Springer Spaniels, Cocker Spaniels, one Scottish Terrier, Keeshonds, and Siberian Huskies. Each breed has brought its own experiences and lessons, enriching our life with dogs even further.
Today I live with Jack Russell Terriers with my partner.
I was authorized as a Golden Retriever judge in 1994 and became an allround judge in 2017. Judging has taken me across Europe and to many wonderful parts of the world, including World Dog Shows as well as assignments in New Zeeland, India, and Australia. It has been a privilege to meet dedicated breeders and exhibitors from so many countries.
To judge the European Dog Show once again and especially here at home in Stockholm in 2026 feels both humbling and truly special.
I look forward to the assignment with gratitude, warmth, and great enthusiasm.

I got my first dog,a Tibetan Terrier-girl, in 1987. An exuberant, mischievous, lovely little girl that totally charmed everyone and of course also become very spoilt…
I started to show her as a pup with varying results but thought it was fun to meet others with same interest and to discuss the breed and the other Tibetan breeds as well.
After becoming more and more devoted to the breed I had my first litter in 1992 and after a while there were 6 TT-girls and 1 TT-male in the house.I took part of the FCI judging course in 2010 and my chosen breeds to start with was the 5 Tibetans. I've had the honor to go to many Tibetan specialty shows in different counties to judge and I just love it!
Today I judge about 30 different breeds from group 9 and group 2.
Thank you for the invitation, I feel very honored! And looking forward seeing you and your beautiful dogs!

My name is Jarmo Vuorinen and I’m living in a small village called Tarvasjoki, close to Turku, Finland.
I was interested about dogs at early -70’s when I got my first own dog, which was an Afghan Hound. Soon I noticed that I’m not a person who likes grooming dogs, so this was my first and last dog with longer coat.
I got my first Pharaoh Hound 1977. I have bred 13 litters with lot of Champions and I was TOP breeder in the breed many years in late -80’s and -90’s but nowadays I don’t have that breed anymore. I’m still active in our club, Finnish Pharaoh Hound and Ibizan Hound Club, which foundation member and honorary President I am.
Got my first Whippet at 1989. It was Ch Nevedith Xray from Great Britain. Over the years I have imported also another Whippet from GB, one from France, one from Sweden and four dogs from Canada.
I have bred 13 litters, but at the moment I have stopped breeding. I still have one older Whippet at home. My prefix has been Scheik’s at both breeds.
I have been Chairman of the Finnish Whippet Club and before that I was also board member of Finnish Whippet Club many years. At the moment I’m in our clubs show committee and member of Whippet Clubs judges education committee. Few years ago I was nominated as a honorary member of the Finnish Whippet Club.
I become FCI judge 1994 and at the moment I can judge all breeds from FCI group 10 and about half of the breeds from FCI groups 5 & 6. I have judged Sighthounds of course in Finland, but also in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and The Netherlands.
I’m very much looking forward to judging your Shows.

Before the Poodles and Yorkshire Terriers arrived, Jean-Francois Vanaken had, since childhood, enjoyed being surrounded by his loving dogs: Belgian Shepherds and Dachshunds.
He started seriously breeding and showing Poodles in 1975. Later, the Yorkshire Terriers and Maltese joined the doggie family.
Under the prefix “Des Supers Supers”, Jean-Francois registered and bred many high-quality dogs who later earned European, National, International, and World Champion titles, as well as winning groups and several prestigious Best in Shows.
His judging career started in 2007, and since then he has been judging very frequently in many countries. He has had the privilege of judging European and World Dog Shows every year over the last few years.
As an active member of many clubs, Jean-Francois is also part of the Belgian Kennel Club’s board.
Jean-Francois Vanaken’s passion and devotion to the dog world keeps him very busy… and he explains it all with his own statement: “I enjoy judging dogs, dogs love me, and I LOVE THEM.”

I began my journey in the canine world at the age of 15 as a handler of a Great Dane, and in that same year I acquired my first show dog, a brindle male Boxer. From that moment, the Boxer breed became a central focus of my cynological career. Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise in the breed, serving as President of the Boxer Club and founding additional breed clubs. I have also had the honour of judging the ATIBOX World Boxer Championship on three occasions.
One year after starting in the sport, I acquired my first Pyrenean Mountain Dog in France, followed by a female the next year, with whom I bred my first litter — and since then I have remained continuously active as a breeder. Today, I also breed Dobermanns and have produced around thirty litters with excellent results at both national and international dog shows.
I have been an international judge since 1996, and this year I proudly celebrate 30 years of judging. I am currently authorized to judge FCI Groups 2, 8, and 10, as well as several breeds from Group 9. I am also a judges’ trainer for several Group 2 breeds, have lectured on numerous occasions, and have been actively involved in the education and training of new judges.
I have judged in approximately 40 countries — including nearly all European nations, as well as the United States and Australia. Among my major appointments are four World Dog Shows (Porto, Helsinki, Paris, and Amsterdam) and several European Dog Shows (Brussels, Kiev, and Celje). I am honored to be judging at the European Dog Show in Stockholm this year.
Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to cynology through leadership roles, education, judging, and breed development initiatives.

-
I’m looking forward to judge this show. Breeding and dogshows is my biggest interest. My first sheltie litter was born in 1986 and my prefix is Lundecock´s.
After nearly 40 years I succeeded to breed up around 200 champions and also become a Cruft Winner, World Winner and European Winner.
I have also breed champions in Collies, Norwegian Lundehund and Bernese Mountain Dogs and a few CC Winner in Labrador and American Cocker. I have also owned and showed Pekingese, Lhasa Apso and Tibetan Mastiff.
I became a judge in 2007 and from 2025 I´m an all breed judge. I have judged in more than 20 countries including England, Australia and New Zealand.

I was born into the world of dogs and grew up with the famous ‘Feorlig’ English Springers & Skye Terriers owned/bred by my mother & father, Jenny & Don Miller.
Growing up around the shows it was inevitable I would catch the bug and want to show the dogs myself. I started handling classes at around 5 years old, but the Springers & Skyes were just a little too much for me, so I was allowed to get a smaller dog for myself. A Papillon named ‘Libby’ from the Kingshaven kennel joined the Feorligs and we have not looked back since. In 2013 when I met my now husband, Evan, Cavaliers were introduced and my love for them began and we now jointly own the ‘Cavallibrook’ affix.
I had considerable success as a Junior Handler becoming Runner Up Junior Handler of the Year twice and winning the YKC Stakes Overall with my homebred Champion Skye Terrier – Ch Feorlig Give Me A Reason.
My love for junior handling then extended to the breed ring, where I have been fortunate enough to have had great success. I have owned/bred over 30 UK Champions across English Springers, Papillons, Skye Terriers, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, King Charles Spaniels, Irish Setters & Dachshunds.
2025 was an incredible year for our kennel in the UK with our Papillon ‘Gio’ – Ch/Multi Ch Uppercut Daydream Believers with Feorlig WW’24 JW ending the year as TOP TOY, winning BEST IN SHOW at the Royal Windsor Championship Show and breaking the bitch breed record along the way.
I am approved by the RKC to award CCs in English Springers, Welsh Springers, Papillons, Skye Terriers, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Chihuahua’s & Irish Setters and have the honour of judging Papillons & Skyes at Crufts in 2028.
I am immensely looking forward to my appointment at the European Dog Show/Swedish Winners Show and feel very privileged to have been invited.

As I was rather active in horses from childhood, the greyhound was for me the canine version of a thoroughbred horse, and it was natural to purchase one in 1971. We have had this lovely breed in some 45+ years. Our first whippet came into our household in mid-80-ties and they are still here!
Since the establishment of our small kennel, Showline, our dogs has been in the spotlight in the strongest competition in Scandinavia, USA, UK and rest of Europe. We breed in a very limited scale, but have managed to keep the flag flying all these years with International champions, BIS- and World Winners in both breeds.
The last two greyhounds were from the 6th and 7th generation from our UK and USA imports from the 70-ties, GB CIB Multi Ch Showline Silent Step (22 groups and 10 BIS) and her even more famous daughter GB CIB Multi Ch Showline Sporting Step. One of the Top winning Greyhounds in Europe with 34 Group wins, 17 BIS, No 3 Top Dog All Breeds in Norway 2009, 2010 and 2011. Made up in the UK in 3 straight shows with BOB at LKA, Crufts and BIS at The English Greyhound Club Championship Show.
It is most satisfying to see the quality goes on, as her brother Ch Showline Sporting Trophy at Sobers is behind so many beautiful greyhounds around the world, often several times in their pedigree.
Even in such a large breed as whippets the dogs have done very well. Perhaps the most famous one is CIB Ch Showline Statuette, Top Bitch All Breeds in Norway some years ago. During the years quite a few have done some great wins. At the moment we have the two lovely sisters CIB Multi Ch Showline She’s The One and Norw Swed Dan Swiss Ch Showline Sweet Tiger Lily, and her daughter who will soon be on the wings together with her littermates.
I was approved by NKK to judge the Sighthounds in 1983 at International level. Later on came the Ibizan Hounds, the Podengo breeds, Cirneco dell’Etna, and the Pharaoh Hounds. I have been most fortunate judging at the largest International Championship Shows incl. Crufts, Word Dog Show, European Dog Show, large Specialties and Nationals around the world.
I am really looking forward to see some fabulous dogs and meet their proud owners in Stockholm! See you soon!

-
Thank you for the opportunity to judge our lovely breed at The European Dog Show 2026. This will be the 60th time I have awarded CC’s/CAC’S worldwide (including The World Dog Show and Crufts).
I have been fortunate to own this wonderful breed since the 80’s. All our dogs live as part of the family in our house. We have bred Champions both here and abroad. As well as showing, Wheatcroft Goldens have competed in various disciplines including Agility, Obedience and becoming Assistance Dogs. Our boys have also passed the temperament and health tests to be part of The Japanese Guide Dog Breeding plans.
My criteria when breeding is their inherited Temperament, Health, Character and Breed Type going back through their historical generations.
In judging I look for correctly balanced dogs that ooze breed type, correct moderate angulation with no exaggerations and gentle heads, broad with good stop with no coarseness. Possessing a great attitude, making them suitable to do a job of work as well as being the most faithful family pet. They should be in hard muscular condition, have the correct construction and mental attitude that gives them the ability to move with great style and drive with good head and tail carriage, level hard topline and excellent driving action.
Professionally I am an established Canine Photographer: Kipps Images being in many publications worldwide.
I am looking forward to coming to Sweden to see your lovely dogs.

I have been involved with dogs all my life. My first dog was a pepper and salt Schnauzer followed by a blue roan Cocker Spaniel, which started my love for the spaniels and gundogs in general. My main focus has always been on showing.
I have owned Welsh Springer Spaniels since 1980, when my very first dog arrived from Wales to Finland. After showing males for several years, I began breeding in 1992 under the prefix BENTON.
I have bred several champions, including World Winners, European Winners, and National Winners. The very first foreign Welsh Springer to win a CC at Crufts was Ch Benton One More Duck.
I have always kept only one or two dogs at home, and my breeding has always been based on co-owned dogs. Today, Benton also includes Golden Retrievers, as I now share my prefix with a friend. The very first Benton Golden litter was born in 2017.
I qualified as a judge in 1999 and can now judge Group 8, almost all breeds in Group 7, as well as some breeds in Group 2 and 3. I have judged in many European countries, the USA and Australia. I have also had the pleasure of judging Welsh Springers five times and English Springers once at Championship shows in the UK.
I am very much looking forward to judging at the shows in Sweden and feel especially honoured to have been invited to judge Group 8 at the European Winner Show.

I am breeder of Dogo Argentino with the affix “ de Angel o Demonio” since 1993, even if at the moment I suspended breeding. My life with dogs started in the late seventies when I was very young. In these years my family made few litters of Neapolitan mastiff and I have grown in the legs of few of them. Later we owned other breeds as Great Dane, Rottweiler, Yorkshire terrier, Staffordshire Bullterrier and Dachshunds.
I have bred several Champions of Italy and abroad. One male from my breeding won the official Ranking of FCA in 2007, as most prized Dogo Argentino of the year in Argentina.
I love Molossers and I am an F.C.I. all breed judge.
I have judged all over Italy, as well as in more than 50 different countries all over the world. Among several important Dog Shows I judged all over the world, I want to mention the World Dog Show 2012 in Austria, the WDS 2015 in Italy, the WDS 2018 in Holland. In 2022 I judged at the WDS in Spain and Brazil and in 2024 I judged at the WDS in Croatia as well as in 2025 I had the great honour to judge at the WDS in Finland.
I organized and was one of the speakers at the first judges’ refresher course about Dogo Argentino organized by ENCI in 2005, furthermore I have given lectures regarding the Dogo Argentino in Argentina, Finland, Hungary, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Russia and the USA and regarding Cane Corso in Italy, Brasil, Bulgaria, Holland, Macedonia, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the USA.
Effective January 2012, I am the judge for CAE-1 certification (test for obedience responsiveness and stable temperament of Good Citizen dogs and owners). I am the vice president of the ENCI Delegation of Caltanissetta, and I am the founder of the Dogo Argentino Club Italia (DACI), and past vice president of that organization.
Since September 2021 I am member of the Judges Committee of the Italian Kennel Club (ENCI).

Animals in general and dogs in particular has always been what my life has been all about.
Love dogs and many different breeds has past thrue my household, but Poodles and French bulldogs are closest to my persona. My first poodle came in to my house in 1988 and that breed have since then always been in my household. I'm now celebrating soon 40 years with the breed.
Over 20 years with French bulldogs and they are as equally loved.
Running a small kennel, judging dogs and teaching students about animals and animal welfare- my life continues to be colourised by the spirit of dogs and other "four legged" friends. Honoured to by invited to Swedish Winner Show and really looking forward to meet you all in the ring.

Patsy Hollings started her career with her husband Stephen judging at Young Farmers clubs nationally.
In 1972, when Patsy and Stephen married and got their first dog, an English Setter in 1973, it was a natural progression to show her. In 1976 they bought their first Weimaraner, and soon after purchased a dog from the famous Hansom line of Dick Finch. With their knowledge of stock, they have gone on to produce more than 100 UK Champions.
With advice, care and commitment they produced the record-holding brood bitch in the breed, Gunalt Joy. They owned/campaigned the breed's first Championship show 'Best in Show' winner, 'Sh Ch Hansom Portman of Gunalt', bred the previous UK record 'Challenge Certificate' holder 'Sh Ch Gunalt Harris Tweed' & currant UK CC record holder in Gunalt De Ice at Stridview , plus numerous champion Weimaraners & group winners for us and others, over 100 title holders in the UK.
Stephen and Patsy are the top Weimaraner breeders of all time in the UK and have also bred Champions in many countries throughout the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Barbados, South Africa, Scandinavia and Europe.
Over the years we have had other breeds including a field spaniel, Sawood Geogio of Gunalt who won through his classes and gained a res CC.
These days Patsy leans more towards judging than exhibiting, and awards over 90 CC's within 6 Groups, to include Best In Show, Gundog, Terrier, Utility and Pastoral Groups at Championship level.
The highlights of Patsy's judging career include judging dogs in many countries all over the world, a great honour, particularly Scandinavia are the 'Gundog Group' at Crufts 2008, 'Best in Show' in South Wales, 2007 and 'Best in Show' at Crufts in 2025.
Patsy has written several books on Weimaraners and many articles on dogs.

Paul & Jean Lawless; We are from Kildare in Ireland. Along with our daughter Kelly, we are well known for our Revloch Belgian Shepherds and Schipperkes. We both started judging at Championship level in the late 1980's and Paul became an All Breeds judge in 2019 and Jean in 2023. We have been fortunate enough to judge our breeds all over the World as well as at Crufts in 2017 and 2018. Paul judged the European Dog Show in Denmark in 2023 and we are very proud to have been invited for the European Show in Sweden in 2026.
Paul has served the Irish Kennel Club as Chairman of the Judges Committee and is currently a Director of the Irish Kennel Club.
We look forward to a wonderful show weekend in Sweden.

I became interested in dogs already in childhood as we had Finnish Spitzes. They needed a show result so I handled our dogs and became also interested in shows. We have had also Samoyeds and Siberian Huskies and a Chihuahua.
When I studied there was a need for a smaller dog and by accident the choice was a Dachshund. I started breeding Long-haired Miniature Dachshunds with prefix Rodels and I have got two Vuolasvirta-prizes (Longhaired Miniature and Longhaired Kaninchen Dachshund), the highest award of the Finnish Kennel Club for the results of successful breeding. In my breeding there are for exemple a couple of European and World Winners.
Even though my passion is Dachshunds, I am still very keen on Spitz breeds.
So far I have judged in most European countries and in South-Africa and India, also in World Dog Shows in Milan, Leipzig, Madrid and Helsinki and in many Dachshund and other specialities in several countries.
I was several years Vize-President of The Finnish Dachshundclub and chairman of the Dachshund Judge Committee. I find it extremely interesting to get to know new breeds. I am qualified to judge FCI groups 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and most of the breeds in group 1.

"Born into a “sport and doggy” family, I have been around pedigree dogs all my life. My parents own and showed Bedlington Terriers and Labrador but did not breed.
I bought my first Kerry Blue Terrier 1986 and started my breeding in 1990. The kennel name VALERA was established and we got many champions in this breed, and top terrier in Norway, top Kerry in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
We also got several BIS winners at international shows. The most famous is probably INT CH Valera’s Tin Tin (born 95), who also became a fantastic stud dog. At the same time, we also got some litters of Irish Softcoated Wheaten Terrier, with great results.
I guickly became a board member of The Norwegian Terrier Club and was involved with the members magazine and show committee for many years. I was educated as a show judge for Group 3 Terriers in year 2000 for the Norwegian Kennel Club. And now I’m approved for many breeds; FCI group 3, 4, 7, and breeds in 1, 2, 5, 6, 8 and 10.
In 2012 a little charmer entered our home, a Jack Russel Terrier, a bitch called «Smått» INT N SE SF CH WW13 NV 13-14 SEV14 NORDV14 Knøtteliten’s Norwegian Vybz, and she has been a fantastic brood bitch, but first and foremost, she puts the breed on the map in Norway.
I am also educated as field judge for pointing dogs and spend a lot of time in the mountains with our English setters, hunting.

I am born in 1968 in Schiedam (Netherlands), and my parents had Dobermanns and also a German Shorthaired Pointer and later on I got also Tibetan Spaniels.
We trained (SCH.H/IPO) and showed our Dobermanns with excellent results, also we showed our Tibetan Spaniels and they received many champion titles.
At young age I started to work as a ringsteward and wanted to become a judge, and at the age of 26 years I passed my first breedexam for “Dobermann”.
Since December 2019 I became number 4 Allround Judge in the Netherlands.
I had the honor to judge at many specialties (CAC) and CACIB-shows in the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Italy, Austria Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Israel, South Africa, Indonesia, USA and ofcourse In The Netherlands
I have also judged at many important titles shows like Winner Amsterdam, Finnish Winner, Norwegian Winner and Bundessieger (Germany and Austria) and Topdog of the Year event of the Dutch, Danish and Czech Republic Kennel Club.
It’s a great honor to judge at the European Dog Show 2026 in Stockholm and I am looking forward for this event.
Looking forward to meet you and see your lovely dogs.

-
My adventure in the dog world began when I was a young man, shortly after leaving my parents’ house and marrying my wife Gabriella. Our first Chihuahua was born in 1999 and this year it’s been 25 years since our first litter was born.
Ten years later we got our first Pekingese and 9 years ago our first Rough Collie moved in. Somewhere in between we were also proud to open our house to a Saluki.
We’ve had our share of show success during the years, with many top winning dogs; World Winners, European Winners, Group Winners, BIS Winners and several Chihuahua of the year wins.
I was authorized as an FCI judge in 2010 and I’ve judged in several countries since then. I judge all of group 9 and some other breeds that interests me and I believe that a good day in the ring involves having a bit of fun and making sure both dogs and exhibitors are having a good time.
I hope to see you at the show!

My name is Sonny Ström, first and foremost, I would like to express my deep gratitude for being entrusted by The Swedish Kennel Club and the organization behind the European Dog Show with the honorable task judging at this prestigious show.
Little of me, I’m 68 years old, retired from work in 2025, have twin sons, and 2 lovely Malinois females, I moved recently and live now approximately two hours southwest of Stockholm. I grew up at the countryside with lots of different animals; also, a German Shepherd and later a Dachshund that got me interested in dogs.
When I became older, I start looking for a breed that could give me more capacity in obedience, tracking and dog shows, in 1981 my first own dog became a Belgian Shepherd/Tervueren female. Got into dog shows and working and eventually also became a breeder of Belgian Shepherd.
Have bred Belgian Shepherd/Malinois/Groenendael/Tervueren, from 1985 until today 1-2 litters/year. Due to passing of my wife, I reduced the number of dogs, now 2 Belgian Shepherd Dog/Malinois.
Over the years imported and exported several dogs from and to Belgium, France, Finland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Lithuania. Beside Belgian Shepherd, we have had Miniature Schnauzer, Pugs and Papillon.
My judging career started in 1997 when I was applied and was accepted to undergo the Swedish Kennel Club’s judge training program, in 1997 authorized on my first breeds, Belgian Shepherd. In 2018 group all-rounder group 1 and 4, in 2025 group all-rounder group 2, 5 and 6, also authorized for breeds in group 3, 7 and 9, undergoing education of breeds in group 8 and 10.
I have judged in all Nordic countries and lots many countries around central Europe, regularly in England, twice in Australia and this year also the American Malinois Specialty in US.
Other things that have captured my interest and time have been competing with several dogs in track, search, messenger dog and obedience class 3, educated some dogs as military service dogs.
Authorized for several different mental tests, 2001 judge for mental description (MH), 2006 judge for Mental test (MT), 2023 judge for Behavior and Personality Assessment Dogs test (BPH). Instructor for puppy courses, obedience, tracking, search, staff for working and obedience competitions within Swedish Working Dog Club (SBK).
Worked for clubs within boards and committees, Dalarnas KC, Breed Club for Belgian Shepherds (AfBV), Several Local Working Dog Clubs, Swedish KC Committee for Dog Mentality (KHM).
I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you in Stockholm for a memorable European Dog Show.

I have been involved with dogs for many years, primarily as a breeder and dog exhibitor. I am truly passionate about this hobby and love sharing it with others. I began my breeding under the kennel name Toutchstone and, over the years, became one of the leading breeders of Parson Russell Terriers. I also bred Fox Terriers, Lakeland Terriers, Welsh Terriers, and Jack Russell Terriers.
I have participated in a large number of dog shows throughout Scandinavia, and I am a proud recipient of the Swedish Terrier Club’s Breeder’s Medal. In the past, I owned a grooming and dog care salon in central Stockholm. Today, I work at the Swedish Kennel Club’s Show Department.
I am an All-breed international judge, which has allowed me to travel extensively—mainly across Europe, including Great Britain, but also to Russia, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Africa. I have had the honour of judging at two World Dog Shows in Europe.
My partner, Björn Magnusson, who runs the kennel Kronblommas and in which I am now also involved, breeds Bernese Mountain Dogs. We have enjoyed many successful years and have been among the top breeders in Sweden for several years.
I am very much looking forward to the European Dog Show 2026.
