We are busy processing all the entries we’ve received, but one thing is already certain: in early September, thousands of dogs and dog lovers from across the globe will gather in Stockholm!
For many visitors, this is much more than a dog show. It is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a few unforgettable days filled with dogs, friends, shopping, sightseeing and exciting new experiences.

Don’t miss the Club Shows
Why not make your dog show weekend even more rewarding? Alongside the European Dog Show, several Club Shows will take place, giving you the opportunity to:
- Meet fellow enthusiasts of your breed
- Compete for additional certificates and perhaps even return home with a new champion
- Experience breed specialists and enjoy the unique sense of breed community
For many exhibitors, the Club Shows are one of the highlights of the week.

The weekend following the European Dog Show, two county kennel club shows will be held. These events are open to all breeds, giving you another opportunity to compete for CACIBs, Nordic Certificates and Swedish Certificates.

Discover Stockholm
When you are not at Stockholmsmässan, there is plenty to explore.
Stroll through the charming streets of Gamla Stan, visit Djurgården and the Vasa Museum, enjoy the city's restaurants, or take a trip into the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Stockholm is also a dog-friendly city with plenty of parks, green spaces and scenic walking routes.
Make sure everything is ready for your dog
Take some time now to ensure that your dog's vaccination documents are in order. If you are travelling from abroad, it is especially important to check that your dog meets all requirements for entry into Sweden.

- Identification marking (microchip or approved ID)
- Import regulations from your home country
By preparing well in advance, you can avoid unnecessary stress as your departure date approaches.
