Exhibitor Storage Area
To make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible, a designated storage area is available at Stockholmsmässan where exhibitors can leave crates, chairs, and other equipment before and during the exhibition weekend. Below you will find information about how the storage area works and the rules that apply.
Leave your equipment on Thursday
A dedicated storage area inside the exhibition venue will be open on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (13:00- to 19:00 CEST-time). Exhibitors may leave crates, chairs, and other equipment there ahead of the exhibition weekend.This service is intended for exhibitors who plan to travel by public transport, taxi, or otherwise prefer not to bring all their equipment to the venue on the day of the exhibition.

Available throughout the weekend
The storage area may be used throughout the entire exhibition weekend. If you wish to leave your equipment overnight for the following exhibition day, you are welcome to do so. Please note that it is not permitted to leave any equipment overnight by the rings. Instead, all items should be stored in the designated storage area. This helps us clean the venue properly, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Dogs must not be left in storage area
The storage area is intended solely for the storage of equipment. It is not permitted to leave dogs unattended in crates within the storage area or anywhere else on the exhibition grounds. The welfare of the dogs always comes first. Dogs must remain under the supervision of a responsible person throughout their stay at the exhibition.
Drop-Off areas at the entrances
For exhibitors being dropped off or needing to unload equipment, designated drop-off zones (loading area) are available outside the entrances on all event days. These areas make it easy to unload crates, chairs, and other belongings before parking your vehicle or proceeding on foot to your judging ring.
